Recognising the need for robust Program Management and Assurance skills across multiple industries, Forus Consulting was founded. Forus Consulting provides services for businesses using technology as a transformational change mechanism.

We provide Program Management professionals, having delivered strategic bodies of work both in Australia and overseas. Forus has provided Program Management services to various industries including recent experience with the airline industry.

Our current focus is on healthcare, which emerged when we recognised the importance of information management outcomes in supporting business decisions and, more critically, direct patient care.   This was based on our extensive experience in healthcare, including our consultants who previously held Director positions both in the private and public sectors.

Forus maintains relationships with other organisations, which allows us to provide a comprehensive suite of services should your organisation need services such as Change management, benefits, analysis and architecture. Several Executives work with us who can bring together your team in a facilitated session, be that a workshop or a format of your choosing.

Similarly, with key relationships across Australia and beyond, we maintain knowledge of trends and best practice, which we can bring to clients.
